Creeew Studio Booking Policies

These policies help our customers enjoy a prepared, respectful and reliable studio experience. Please review them before confirming a booking.

Booking and payment
  • Sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed only after payment verification.
  • The fixed deposit is 50% of the booking total. You may choose to pay the full amount instead.
  • Please provide accurate contact information so we can send booking updates and reach you if there is an issue.
Cancellations and refunds
  • Please give at least 72 hours' notice when cancelling or requesting a change.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may incur a 50% fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued as studio credit rather than cash.
  • Unused booked time is not refundable. Contact the studio before your session if your plans change.
Your booked time
  • Your session begins at the booked start time, whether or not the full team has arrived.
  • Setup, outfit changes, shooting, pack-down and cleaning must fit within the reserved time.
  • The final 15 minutes are for wrapping up, returning equipment and resetting the space; they are not additional shoot time.
  • Overtime is available only when the studio can accommodate it, is billed in 30-minute increments, and must be settled before departure.
Care of the studio
  • Return props, furniture, backdrops and equipment to their original positions and dispose of all rubbish before leaving.
  • Do not use screws, nails, paint, confetti, glitter, powder or liquids on set without written approval.
  • Protect floors under stands, handle the cyc and backdrops carefully, and do not drag or drop heavy equipment.
  • Cleaning, repair or replacement costs may be charged when the studio, equipment, props or furniture are damaged or left in poor condition.
Conduct, guests and animals
  • Illegal activities, harassment and unsafe conduct are not permitted. A session may be ended immediately for serious misconduct without a refund.
  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, with any required permissions in place.
  • Bookings include up to 7 guests unless the studio approves a larger group in advance.
  • Animals are welcome by approval only. A handler must remain present and the booking holder is responsible for any damage.
Food, smoking and content
  • Food and drinks are allowed in the designated sitting area. Clean spills immediately and leave the area tidy.
  • The studio is smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that everything you create complies with copyright, licensing and other applicable laws.
  • We may photograph or record the studio space for promotion, but we will not use your work or likeness without your separate permission.
Personal belongings
  • Please keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen or damaged on site.
